The Harvard Environmental Law Review is a leading environmental law journal. HELR publishes articles by academics, practitioners, and policymakers on a broad range of topics related to environmental law, including administrative law, climate change, energy, environmental justice, food law and policy, land use, natural resources, pollution control, property rights, and wildlife.
We are accepting submissions for Volume 49, Issue 2. We accept submissions on a rolling basis. Most submissions take the form of full-length academic articles, but we welcome submissions of remarks, book reviews, and essays for our online-only journal.
HELR has been published semi-annually since 1976.
